Port of Orcas Crew Car
Reservations: Reservations aren’t taken, we’re on a first-come, first-serve basis. We accept inquiries by phone or email. We don’t have hard and fast rules about limitations to the duration of the reservation, but ask that pilots are considerate of others, on a busy summer weekend 3 hours is about right. Longer term needs are best met by contacting the rental agency at 360-376-RIDE.
Cost: The crew car is available for use free of charge, but for each use we request a donation of $10 plus a fuel top off, to help offset the cost of maintenance and insurance. Donations may be placed in key/fee box located to the Right of the Coke machine at the terminal in the lime green box, or mailed to us.
Your generosity will help maintain the crew car and its availability.
Comfort and Cleanliness: Please do your best to remove all trash from the vehicle and return the vehicle as clean as you received it.
Return: Please return the car where you picked it up, in the crew car stall just south of the grey hangar . If possible, please return the keys to Port Staff. If Port Staff are not available please put the keys back in the crew car lock box and text Chip at 360-525-5393, there’s probably somebody waiting to use.
